Great stay! We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom with 3 bathrooms and 2 jacuzzis. Wonderful hospitality and clean resort. Close to Disney! Lyft rides were around $15 to Disney rideshare drop off.

Staff very friendly. Spacious room. Great view. Our room was not cleaned everday, don't know if they were too busy. We did get service when we asked.

I enjoyed the room, it was exactly what i needed for our stay. However, i would ask the resort to add more hooks to the bathroom and behind the bedroom doors to hang towels or other items. The bed sheets were not soft at all and if possible, would be a nice upgrade. I would stay here again, the pool area was great!

Everything is close by, with many great dining options within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Transportation to the theme parks is very convenient, with shuttles running constantly, making it easy and stress-free to get around. The staff truly deserves five stars. Everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive—from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff. I would especially like to mention a very kind Venezuelan lady with gray hair who takes care of the lobby restrooms. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was always incredibly attentive and kept the bathrooms spotless at all times. Her dedication and warmth truly stood out. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a great location.
