The Space:  
Sunset Vine at Wonganella Estate 1 by Tiny Away is a peaceful tiny house retreat in the tranquil neighbourhood of Bobs Farm, Port Stephens. On-site, enjoy the Sunset + Vine Mediterranean Restaurant and Cellar Door. Prefer beer? Murray's Brewery is just a 2-minute walk away, and a short 9–15 minute drive from Birubi Beach, One Mile Beach, and the scenic Tomaree Head Summit Walk.  
  
Experience beautiful sunrise and sunset views at one of Port Stephens’ top vineyard retreats. Scan the QR photo to get 10% off our holiday homes.  
  
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated water.  
  
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note, this is a shared property with a function centre, restaurant, and a second tiny house “Wonganella Estate 2” about 5 metres away. For group bookings, contact your land host 24 hours in advance.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests can access the tiny home estate, and vineyard—excluding the host’s private residence and other neighbouring residents.  
  
GREAT NEWS! All guests of Sunset Vine at Wonganella Estate will enjoy a complimentary wine tasting at Sunset + Vine Restaurant during business hours.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Sunset Vine at Wonganella Estate 1 by Tiny Away is in Bobs Farm, a peaceful spot in Port Stephens, NSW. It’s a great farm stay escape near Nelson Bay, Anna Bay, and Salamander Bay.  
  
Enjoy easy access to beaches, restaurants, and activities like whale and dolphin cruises, surfing, horse riding, quad biking, camel rides, fishing, go-karting, and more.  
  
Just minutes from your stay, catch waves at Birubi and One Mile Beaches. Take a short, scenic hike up Tomaree Head Summit, or visit the Koala Sanctuary to see these cuddly creatures in the wild. End your day at Sunset + Vine Restaurant’s unique mezze menu blending Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors, run by a welcoming family team.  
  
Getting Around:  
By car:  
  
\- 11 min drive from Anna Bay  
\- 40 min drive from Newcastle  
\- 2 hrs, 20 min drive from Sydney  
\- Taxi service available, booking in advance is necessary  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\- No smoking allowed on the property   
\- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed   
\- Open Fires are not allowed at the moment due to the Fire Ban from OCT- MARCH  
\- Mobile reception is good for Telstra, Optus & Vodafone; while 2 degrees & Spark are weak  
\- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge  
\- Pets are allowed with $30 per pet per stay by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival  
  
Important note:   
  
\- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban  
\- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Great location in the heart of a vineyard. Tiny house is clean, in brilliant condition and the bed is really comfortable. The hosts were really communicative and helpful. Would highly recommended and will be back.
