"The home was cozy and beautifully decorated. The check in process went smoothly. My only suggestion is to invest in better mattresses or maybe some memory foam toppers for the beds. The three of us ladies were all 50+ in age and our backs could've used a little more cushion. Also the beds set low and my 70 year old momma had a little difficulty getting into & out of the beds. Overall the experience was wonderful."

"Great home in interesting neighborhood. Huge local park and friendly neighbors on lots of front porches. Stayed over 1 night on our way to DC. I haven't communicated with the owner on any of this, as nothing was critical enough to warrant calling them at the time. So I'm sure it's already been corrected. There were 8 of us and we had to get creative with the beds. An air mattress would have been helpful for large groups. The refrigerator did not work but the freezer did which was good for...

"The house is exactly as described in the listing, and the pictures are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is great for accessing everything in Kingsport. The deck for the house is a great spot to enjoy the weather, and the backyard is perfect for the kids to play catch and frisbee. We used the grill - and that worked perfectly. The house is furnished with everything you will need for your stay, including a washer and dryer. We (family of 4) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!...

"The property manager was excellent, friendly and helpful. Being able to have my dog was a huge reason to choose this property. Everything was as described and the location could not have been better for visiting Davey Crockett Birthplace Park. The deck provided a nice place to to stargaze. "

"What a wonderful time we had staying at this home. It had all the space we needed for our large family. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porches, hot tub, pool table room, and large kitchen/great room. We had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing week. One tiny nitpick…the dock was covered in spiders. "The property is generally clean and has lots of nice new towels and luxurious bedding. The layout is great and the bedrooms are large with large closets with hangers and a nice chest in each bedroom. That was important to me because I was staying for a week and preferred to put my clothes away and also get our luggage out of the way. Amenities included USB chargers in every bedroom and in the living room."

"My family was in Kingsport for a family reunion. I was fortunate to secure this property for my family members to stay, and was gracefully given a tour before my family came. Communication with the owner was easy. Ultimately we had 5 adults and 3 children stay there. They especially appreciated the proximity to the medical center, special access to the laundry, and the provided games and toys. They enjoyed visiting the Boundless Playground at Warriors State Park, and the Fizzy Fairway indoor...
