Amazing stay. Great staff and great breakfast.

This hotel has a wonderful little garden with flowers right in front of it. A tram and bus station is right opposite of the hotels main entrance door. You will get a free daily city tour ticket from hotel staff as long as you stay there. Breakfast and dinner was absolutely superb. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will always return to the same place while visiting Bern. Bring a good friend with you, because the TV- channels offered are really mad.

Staff were prompt and courteous. Make sure your GPS is up to date to avoid road closures around the area. The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Breakfast simple but was great!

I had a wonderful stay at Stay KooooK in Bern. The location was perfect for exploring Bern, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

Fantastic, outstanding place! Super clean, comfortable, nice, quiet, very friendly and so kind hosts (husband and wife), excellent breakfast with tasty homemade sweets, freshly made exquisite coffee, wonderful location near lake, stable Wi-Fi, the most pleasant stay one could only imagine, astonishing experience! We liked the "kitchen" though there wasn't an oven to do pizza. (go to the 8th floor common room and use that one) The common room was never busy while we were there so if you want a comfortable spot to browse the internet or watch a game on your laptop that is a good spot. If there are two of you, pulling the other half of the bed out every evening was a bit of a chore but not a deal breaker. The bathroom was spacious by Swiss standards BUT the glass doors could make it awkward for some...

It's a clean and modern hostel in a scenic location. The walk to the train station is around 25-30 minutes, but there are buses.

Extraordinary staff! Spacious room, very clean and the food was out of this world - excellent quality and all made at their facilities. I absolutely recommend, including experiencing the breakfast.

First I must say this was not my first choice. I usually book the 'day of' when I arrive in a city, but this time, there was nothing reasonably priced so I found this place. I was at first a bit disappointed that I was not in the city center BUT it turns out it was a 4 stop bus ride which was about 6 minutes to get to the main train station. This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs!
