The room itself was nothing like the pictures. It was one small room only which contained the shower and the sink. there was no wardrobe or cupboard to put clothes and shoes. There was a single rail attached to a roof beam which had 6 clothes hangers. The most alarming problem, was the fact that there was no toilet. "Lovely location outside Salisbury in Broad Chalke, The Queens Head has great staff and the rooms were comfortable and well kept. I wish their menu had more options, we had dinner last night, the venison was not tender at all, they even forgot half the meal, the salads that were meant to accompany them, mediocre at best . But can’t always expect excellence all the time."

"The property was ideally situated for the local shops. Everything we needed was contained within the property and we were extremely comfortable. The parking was a bit tricky but once used to it or was fine. There is scaffolding on the next door building which was the main cause. There was no Internet but I have my own provider so it didn't impact on me, however the pub has wifi next door and upstairs you can pick up the boots wifi!"
