Usually really enjoy this hotel, i stay in the area on my weekends, check in was enjoyable and easy but this time check out was very stressful; Apparently having wet towels is an issue, even though the sink would spray too strong and spray water everywhere, and the shower doesnt keep water inthe tub, they must have wanted me to leave the water puddles in the floor. They complained that the towels i put on the sink counter were wet, tried to ask if i was cleaning up pee. I said no. I have a cat. It was water from constantly getting in the floor. The towel i used for showering was on one of the beds when i left and they tried to say it was pee in the bed. When i said no, nobody peed the bed, they tried to say my cat peed the bed. My cat has his own litter box, in which i cleaned and emptied into the trash, But apparently this isnt allowed, so im not sure where im Expected to empty it, if not in a grocery bag, in the trash bag, in the provided can. Apparently having wet towels automatically means your animals pee the bed, even though cat pee has a distinctive smell which they could have seen was not anywhere near the beds nor the restroom. The lady at the desk said the cleaning lady was saying her "eyes were burning" from the cat pee. I told them to show me where this "pee" is But then the desk lady said she didn't want to argue about it, let me keep my deposit, but i will probably not be using this hotel for my weekends any longer.

We typically love this hotel, because of the laundry option amd toiletries given, and typically its cleaned very well and smells nice, even in the smoking rooms. but the room we got this time was not cleaned well, the blankets were stained and burned with cigarette holes, and the shower floor was uncovered without a mat and was stained and dirty looking. They were out of single bed rooms so we got the double beds, but not recommended for 2 to a bed, a bit cramped.

The rooms were big. Staff didnt give us any problems traveling with our dogs. Housekeeping staff were also very nice and thorough. Honestly, not a bad deal.

A man kept trying to get into my room 3 times until late in the evening and I tried to reach the front desk but no one answered even after I let it ring for 5 minutes straight. I had to wait for the room to be cleaned after 5:25pm that afternoon.

The first room i was put in was dirty so they moved my room. There were bugs in the room, the tv didnt work so they brought another one to the room and i had to call and get maintenance back out to the room because that tvs sound didnt work. They finally fixed it the first night but by the second night the tv didnt work again. They offered me a 10 percent discount for all the trouble but never received it. Bathroom floors were messed up. Just an all around terrible stay.

Patrol police officers that was one thing I like. They was giving away bread and free donuts, that was nice. What is freshly painted everything was really good except for the heating unit very old couldn’t turn it on because look too dirty and old.

Room was in poor conditions, people loitering, room smell so bad 1 hr after i checked in i left this place, smelled like weed and the smell was in my room. Ceiling in my room had cracks in it and looked like it was about to fall in top of the bed , leaking toilet, it was just horrible

The front desk looks were nice but I've never been in a room that was so discussing I wish I would have taken pictures. I had my dog with me and I didn't even want her going on the floor o made her stay ln the bed. There was even hair all over the walls of the shower. Its smelled so bad like mole I wish I could have gotten my money back!

Checked in, went to our room, it seemed fine. No remote for the tv, asked at the office, maintenance will bring one. Waited 45 minutes, went out to eat. Still no remote. Went to the office, someone will bring one. 45 minutes later still no remote, bathroom fan filled room with pot smell. Changed rooms, bed was broken, sagged in the middle. Cleaning staff did the best they could with an older property. It was quiet and safe.
