Good property and as advertised.
They could offer more pillows and tea.
The instructions for access need to be far clearer. Once you are in it's ok but it's circuitous and not clear. Took 20 mins longer to just get through the front door than it should have.

Very clean room, and felt newly furnished.
All the staff with very polite, friendly and approachable.
Not a far walk to old town, and it’s right at the end of a busy bar and restaurant strip so everything is at your doorstep.

This property felt like the owners took special care of this place. I had dinner in the restaurant one evening, it was delicious. I liked a few of the front desk employees,I appreciated their personalities. I had a date change with my reservation and they were accommodating. I would stay here again. Solid hotel. Chopin piano concerts on premise!

No hot water until 9 am.. broken ironing board took half a day to replace. Noisy neighbors until 2am. Didn’t replace the soap in the shower 3 days in a row. 3 stars was generous. SPA and massage was excellent!
