"When I came to check in the first day I was in a lot of pain from an injury. All I wanted to do was rest. The employees were kind and courteous and made me feel right at home. Every time I came to the lobby or had an inquiry or needed something, the staff was warm friendly and welcoming. I want to mainly give Robert a shot out and make sure everyone knows what a helpful manager the Aurora, IL location has. Robert was beyond helpful and kind and always asking me if I needed help due to my injury. And he ALWAYS kept a smile on his face! The world needs more Robert’s! "

"This is an older property, but it was clean and felt safe. The staff was terrific, friendly and considerate. Affordable and convenient after the eclipse. Breakfast was better than expected. Would recommend."
