### App. Kohfahl 65, Germany
App. Kohfahl 65 Location: The apartment is on the 1st Floor of the house Atlantic opposite the leisure and wellness pool Sylter Welle and therefore very close to the beach (approx. 100 m). Size: 2-room apartment approx. 40 m² for up to 4 people. Equipment: After a fundamental renovation at the beginning of 2015, the apartment is designed with a high-quality wooden parquet floor in oak. In the living room there is a sofa with ottoman with a large seat depth and sleeping function as well as a new, high-quality 40 inch 3D / HD television. The dining table is designed for 4 people. With the fold-away bed (1.40 m wide) there is additional sleeping space to the separate bedroom with the two beds in a row. From the west balcony there is a view of the Sylter Welle with the dune. The interior small kitchen is also completely new. It is entered from the living room and is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave with baking function. The shower room has a window. There is WiFi (flat with up to 50 Mbit / s) in the download and up to 10 Mbit / s in the upload and cable TV (100 channels. Over 35,000 film, TV and series highlights on demand). A parking space can be rented separately, if available, from us in the spa center, outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
