This is a great option for anyone staying in Nashville and who will be going to Broadway often. The Uber ride was about $6. The rooms are spacious with a nice shower, kitchen area, dining table, dishwasher, coffee pot, pots, pans, cutlery, and washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable and I believe could fold up for more space. The staff were super friendly.

I went with my family. We had a nice sized room, super helpful staff and close to the lake. The hotel looks older and needs some retired handyperson to give some TLC-- Just for little fixes here and there but I would stay again.

Staff very friendly and tried helping ....albeit forgot to tell us the wifi stuff when we checked in. The two rooms we were shown were clean but stank of mildew. The locks on the doors weren't very secure for leaving stuff in the room. Deadbolted okay when in. It's dated but one of the less expensive places to stay in an overpriced market.

It’s a busy hotel in a tourist city and the staff are absolutely trying their best to meet the demands of many people. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but perfect for our beach holiday. The staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. I have stayed here before and would stay again.

Don't make your bed prior to departure.
Dirty linen with sand/hair and bloodspecs on the sheets. Moved to another room that was clean. Excuse made was that someone must have made the bed prior to departure? Second room was clean. Plugs far and few between. AC struggled to keep room cool.

Affordable place to sleep :)
Not the fanciest but it’s a convenient, affordable place to sleep. The rooms are dated but whatever. The AC works, the beds are decent, rooms are decent. Needs some updates for sure but otherwise fine. Staff super friendly. Only complaint is the hugely potent cigarette smell even in the non smoking rooms; due to there being ashtrays everywhere outside and in front of the doors for the non smoking rooms. Definitely not 5 m away from a door as per bylaw.

The rooms are always clean and I love that they have a kitchenette. For a small fee you can bring along your pets. The building is older, but has been renovated. The area is quiet and right across the road from the beautiful lake.

ok had a decent stay. beds are good. ok ....rates as a 2 star property ...is clean etc. nice to get a room with a kitchen and plenty of room with one queen sized bed. easy chair was worn out though had to put a pillow on it to sit there. couldnt get a station worth watching on the tv. was clean and quiet as i didnt have a neighbour. no breakfast as no restaurant or gathering room. had to travel a couple of miles to get a good breakfast. most places around motel were not open for breakfast may be due to end of season. parking lot not in great shape. was overbooked(claimed it was not their fault booked on expedia )first night so had to sleep in one of the old rooms up the rickety outside wooden steps...dont consider those steps safe! room on first floor the following night was good.
