My classic double room was clean, good view and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Overall, a pleasant experience that I would recommend to others. The only downside was occasional noise from the street, but it didn’t significantly affect our stay. We look forward to returning next time we visit the area. Additionally, the hotel amenities were well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected. We appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cozy atmosphere. Definitely a top choice for our future stays in the area.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was a perfect fit for me as I wanted somewhere close to the old quarter. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were the friendliest and most accommodating people I’ve met in Vietnam. They catered for everything I needed and more. If you are looking for a brilliant place to stay while in Hanoi please consider looking here. I know I will be back. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The service here is excellent. The staff greets you with a map sits down with you to explain the area. Really personable. Great with our daughter as well. Also, free breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here next time. Wonderful experience!

"We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was huge and spacious and very modern with lots of amenities. The bed was super comfortable and when it was sunny, the view was absolutely incredible! The hotel was a bit out of Sa Pa town but they have a regular shuttle bus!"
