But to my surprise none of that was heard. The unit was very very clean and well kept from the outside to the inside. The host was amazing, the unit was easily accessible and parking was great as well. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. “The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff were as helpful as possible. One drawback was the pictures, (on expedia), showed walk-in showers with low thresholds. Instead, I was told that was incorrect and all the rooms have tubs. Not great for a gal with a brace on her leg. Otherwise it was a very great place to stay.”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep.
Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”
