Staff was excellent; lobby area was nice with complimentary coffee, tea, water bottles, and cookies. Disposable utensils and plates were also available. The room and washroom was dated. The room was also not sound proof from rooms above and below. There is AC, kettle, and dryer available in the room. The room could accommodate 5-6 guests (Family)

Great location as a home base for visitors who want to shop in Myeongdong. The cleaning staff were very thorough when making up the room and in each room are a set of stickers that you use to indicate items that can’t fit in the trash bin that you want to dispose of. The breakfast buffet was good; it offered a mix of Asian fare (congee, steamed dumplings, bibimbap station, pho station) and Western fare (egg station, cheeses, cured meats, fruit, waffles, pastries). The staff were very helpful too.

The hotel is ideally placed for visits to multiple tourist spots within walking distance.The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room well maintained. The coffee bar had a small menu but there was always seating and staff were welcoming. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was value for money. I would stay there again.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. Spot on location close to transport links around Seoul and to Incheon airport and a 5min walk away from the main streets of Sinchon. The room was compact but super clean, as were the shared spaces. We enjoyed having access to tea, coffee and the kitchen facilities. Breakfast was simple (bread, spreads, cereal and noodles), but it was all we needed to start the day. Check-in/out was easy and completely contactless, and staff are quick to respond via message if you need anything. An excellent stay and glad we chose this place!

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.
