“Beautiful ryokan within walking distance to Ise Grand Shrine. Exceptionally clean and quiet room with tatami and private outdoor bath. We utilized the amazing interior private onsens for a relaxing soak. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and served by a very polite, gentle spoken and attentive young gentleman. There is no better customer care than in Japan.”

“Was there mid week and it was very quiet so we had the run of all the onsen, all of them have great views. The staff were very friendly, food was great, a thoroughly enjoyable trip!”

“Muy buen hotel, tiene onsen adentro (hot springs) y el personal se esfuerza aunque no todos saben inglés. El hotel y el cuarto tenía vista al mar. La comida del desayuno es buena también. Excelente opción si buscas un hotel tradicional japonés.”

“Despite being a foreigner in a commonly Japanese space, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Being able to sample multiple variations of green tea (leaps and bounds more complex than any I had tasted back home) while looking out across the lake was an unforgettable experience. I wish I had stayed an extra night so I could experience a few more of the available services, but I did manage to purchase some tea leaves and orange juice for the journey. A top nitch experience all around.”

“気持ちの良いスタッフの皆さんの対応。朝食のビュッフェも一品一品丁寧に準備いただいていておいしかったです。友人はベジタリアンだったのですがいろんなお料理を食べられて喜んでました。焼き魚は一口タイプでよかったのですがもうひと工夫必要かなと感じました。ただ、朝食会場にスタッフが常に清潔感を保つために気を配りながら一方で目立たないように動かれていたところは好感を持てました。お風呂・サウナもよかったです。”

“スタッフの方の対応も良く、お部屋も浜名湖に面していたので眺めが良かったです。築年数はたってると思いますが、お部屋もきれいでした。露天風呂も浜名湖を眺めながらゆっくり入れて、朝食付きプランでしたが少しずつ色んなおかずがあり、美味しかったです。”

“昨年宿泊し外観や施設はそれなり古き良き感じですが食事、お風呂お湯の温度も含め全て大満足だったため今年も利用させて頂きました。昨年と同様素敵な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。来年も同時期に予約します。”

“È stata la peggiore esperienza. L’hotel è vecchio e polveroso, lo staff per niente disponibile. Siamo arrivati dopo un lungo viaggio e ci viene comunicato che la stanza sarebbe stata pronta alle 15;00 costringendoci ad aspettare fuori sotto la pioggia, visto che nell’hotel non c’è alcun ristorante. Abbiamo dovuto prendere uno shuttle bus per andare alla stazione di Toba alla ricerca di un ristorante. Alla fine del soggiorno abbiamo trovato l’ennesima brutta sorpresa al check out: tassa...

“家族旅行で利用しました。屋上露天風呂や大浴場もとても良かったですが、お部屋のベランダ部分にバスタブやシャワーがあったのがとても良かったです！到着後海を見ながらまずは汗を流させていただきました。お食事も、お魚の煮付けや鮑の陶板焼きなど地元の食材をいただきましたがとても美味しかったです。地酒飲み比べセット嬉しいです。また子どもに対してもスタッフみなさん優しく接していただきありがとうございました。お部屋の軽食やお土産のお煎餅などのお心遣いも素晴らしかったです。”
