Good value for the money. People at the front desk were very helpful good location near restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, it’s hard to get a hold of them asthey do not respond to emails nor do they answer their phone or WhatsApp.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms and genuine kindness. The hospitality here is unmatched—I’ve extended my stay twice already because I feel so safe, comfortable, and cared for. A special shoutout to Maryam, who made my first night unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. Her warmth and attentiveness set the tone for my entire stay. Every staff member takes their time to ensure you’re well looked after, and it truly makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a place where you’re more than just a guest, Myriad Muscat is it. The comfort, hospitality, and overall experience are second to none. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here—you’ll feel at home from the moment you arrive!

Excellent and friendly staff

The hotel was outstanding in every aspect. Staffs were very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very reasonable regarding the cost and excellent in quality, quantity and variety. Definitely this hotel group has given us a reminder for booking with them in the future again in this location or other places in the world.
