Good location and parking. There is no reception but they answer your requests very quickly thru messages. During my stay there was no WiFi , very disappointing since we stayed 3 days. The room was spacious and clean, coffee machine on the room was a nice touch and very useful.

The room was very nice and with a lot of natural light. The bed was very comfy and the toilet spotless clean. I was on the phone to the staff and he was very kind and helpful. I honestly recommend this accommodation.

Very small space but neat concept. At the lower price point, this is perfectly acceptable. Nice neighbourhood with nearby amenities / coffee shops within 6min walk which was great. Not a place to book if you want to spend a great amount of time in your room but perfect to crash for the night and head out again in the morning.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the TV and the management brought us up a new one! It was also a very warm day in Dublin and there was no fan in the room. That was also rectified immediately and we were shown how to open the window properly. Very quiet and very close by restaurants and a supermarket. We would stay again.

Very good location using buses to city centre. Note: must have a LEAP card or coins for the bus as no credit card can be used to pay for bus travel. No on site reception staff - must read email with instructions for main door and room door entry codes and front and rear parking locations. Helpful cleaning staff available in the mornings.

This is a huge old house which has been converted into a hotel in a nice suburb of Dublin, 20/30 mins from city centre depending on transport and traffic. No amenities on site but the rooms are modern and comfortable and I have stayed there many times without any complaints.

Clean and close to city attractions

Room and property were clean and just as described. Easy to get to via Uber/Taxi. Had some loud guests on our second night but that’s to be expected sometimes. All in all a great stay and would recommend. An economical option to staying in Dublin City Center.
