"員工非常親切熱心，早起爬繩文杉和白谷雲水峽還能委託他們幫忙準備早餐和午餐的便當，之後的幾天看到我出門在櫃檯寄存房間鑰匙，都還會問我需不需要準備午餐。 早晚餐都很精緻，量也很足，菜色三天一循環，這次住了4天的我，到了第四天彼此都有點尷尬，哈哈哈哈。 泡湯的地方有提供擼背的菜瓜布，真的加大分，不然我每次都要另外帶我自己的菜瓜布出國，露天部分有2種溫度，有一區是比較不熱的，可以悠悠哉哉的久泡，順便按摩一下爬山疲累的腳掌和雙腿，真心大推。 除了價格有些貴之外，不管是基本上就算是在機場對面只隔一條馬路的位置，還是旁邊3分鐘路程就有一家包山包海，大得離譜，應有盡有的食品藥妝百貨店，10分鐘路程有一家超級好賣的土產店+咖啡簡餐店（再往前大概3、5分鐘還有一家當地茶農自產自銷的茶舖兼甜點店），飯店裡的賣店也很好買。不看價錢，真的很棒，無可挑剔！"
