“When I arrived, the housekeeper was still there cleaning due to a late check-out from the previous occupants. She was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the AC in the unit was not working. I was assured maintenance would be there that evening to repair it or leave a portable unit. Maintenance did not come by that evening. I stayed somewhere else. The main complaint was it had a lot of gnats and wasn’t very clean. I’d give a lower rating, but the PM was responsive.”
