"Checked and checked out in 1 hour as the room had bed bugs"

"There was miscommunication with staff. Housekeeping had marked occupied rooms clean that were not. I was give a room key multiple times to an occupied room. I no longer felt safe at that point and requested a refund. Not to mention, they didn't actually have a room for me. Having difficulty obtaining the refund. Difficult getting through to a live person on site. Do not stay here and do not give them your debit card info. "

"Decent hotel for the price. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Only had coffee for breakfast but others seemed to be enjoying their waffles and cereal."

"I like the parking space and its availability. I did not like the dust hidden in the corners of the bedrooms, under the couch and drawers, and the dust I had to clean out the dryer before initial use. Also, the ice tray in the freezer was dirty, but the refrigerator was clean. I like how quiet and peaceful it was at night to sleep and how clean and soft the bed was. The hotel was at a good location so I can travel to my destinations quickly. Would recommend this hotel with some constructive criticism."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Anthem House! The building is centrally located and walkable to many eateries and Top Golf! From the moment I arrived, Joy greeted me warmly and promptly. She worked alongside a friendly and welcoming front desk team that efficiently checked me in. My accommodations were clean, spacious, comfortable, and smelled amazing. it literally had all of the bells and whistles and more than what i needed for my short stay! I wish I had stayed longer to fully enjoy the amenities. I highly recommend the Anthem House! I even plan to look for this accommodation next year when my niece graduates from Alabama A&M. I can’t say enough about my experience!"
