Staff was very friendly. I like the shampoo, shower gel and soap provided. Smells great and my hair was smooth after shampoo without need of hair conditioner. I stayed in the junior king, love the bathroom and soak tub with tv.
Though small details in room cleaning needs improvement. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Staff was as helpful as they could be without really knowing English. Very friendly and patient. Hotel was average in a lot of ways, but offered an excellent location at a very reasonable price. Easy to find central location. Excellent walkable location for Dihua Old Street and the Ningxia Night Market.
