Very comfortable and clean room. Only disadvantage is limited nearby restaurant choices because facilities were closed due to off season. A tad pricey but it’s on a golf course

It’s my favorite hotel. Staff is super friendly. Cleaning staff always accomodates my special needs. Nice quiet setting. Dinner options at the Steakhouse are amazing!

The staff made this property great. They were all so accommodating and nice. The steakhouse was great too! The only thing that wasn't great was that the water pressure was really low.

There was no information about the dining times or a menu. No instructions for the television nor a channel listing. (the remote control was sticky to the touch also) Linens were clean, the sink not so much.

Hello James, I apologize for the lack of information for you. Our hours of operation of the steak house and grille room are on our website. The staff at the front desk generally lets everyone know the hours of operation. I'm so sorry that information did not get relayed to you in a timely manner. Our steak house is open Thursday- Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. Our Grille room is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. during off season. I will also be sure to make the hotel staff aware of your feedback. Late October stay
The actual lodge was nice to stay in, but the on-site restaurant and bar were closed as was the local marinas. If known this on advance, I would have chosen a different location. The staff at the lodge were excellent.

Would have been nicer if the restaurant and grill had been open. I stayed on a Monday night and the food venues are only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

We were in Tazewell TN for a family funeral. The beautiful and peaceful setting from the patio was just what we needed to relax from our long drive and give us a tranquil setting for our curcumstance.

The lack of an operating snack bar or coffee mess was a minor issue. It was difficult to find food or a cup of coffee in mid day. Food was over-priced, but tasty. The room AC was very loud, and coupled with the noise from the refrigerator made sleep difficult. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything worked well.

This was a great place to stay! The staff was very welcoming and when I ask for a snack they delivered even though it wasn’t their area. We met the owners while we were there and they were very kind. I would visit this location again.
