"There is no fresh air in the room because the window couldn’t open. The weather was good in the morning, we wanted to get a fresh air, but We couldn’t open the window. In my opinion the hotel room should has openable window."

Location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond and helped me get to the biosphere reserve 🌵 (why I came to Tehuacan) I extended my stay here a day and will stay here again whenever I come back. "Very friendly and accomodating staff. Beautiful colonial building with restaurant and bar in premises. Walking distance of main square downtown, and cathedral. Elevator. A/C. Alfredo part of the reception team was extremely helpful and welcoming, very knowledgeable about Tehuacan. The only negative point was that any room has in bathroom/shower handicap support rails! I recommended. I'll definitely be back. "
