Wonderful hotel with great staff.

Great staff and very helpful

Pros: room was clean & comfortable, appliances worked well, housekeeping was good, convenient to airport Cons: no hotel entrance auto-opening doors for elderly or handicapped, someone would have to open the door and hold it open, no breakfast offered, front desk has limited hours Neutral: 15-20 minutes from downtown, spacious rooms

The staff at the Silverbow were incredibly helpful and kind. The property is amazing and quirky (in a good way). It's in an excellent location, very close to a ton of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay.

Check in was rough, I think the young lady was in training. Though there was a young gentleman who was very accommodating and knowledgable the rest of our stay. The rooms are very meh. Do not look too close or you will see the dirty windows, dust built up, and weird brown stuff in the shower ceiling. Not the best, but not the worst. Beds were comfortable. The building looks like it could use a makeover. I think they are trying. Elevator was an adventure within itself. We found using the stares was easier. The staff is used to coolers of fish, storing them, and hauling them as part of the airport shuttle. So great location if you want to stay close to the airport with your coolers of fish. Side note to the large family who had over 20 coolers of fish hauled and stored. A tip to the gentleman who was your driver and took care of you… would have been nice. 3 decent restaurants within walking distance. The Pho Bowl was quite amazing. Quick walk to the bus station that takes you anywhere for $2 per person. ( cash only, no change)
