“La stanza che ci è stata assegnata non rispettava la nostra richiesta di due stanze e angolo cottura. Ci è stata assegnato un monolocale senza angolo cottura arredato con un letto matrimoniale ( avevamo segnato la richiesta per due letti separati), bagno senza finestra.
