9.8/10 Exceptional! (8 reviews)
At the time of our stay (Oct 2026) this was a brand new property. Everything was new and clean. The staff were great and very friendly, made us feel very welcomed.
Highlights are:
1. Great location within 5 minutes walk to multiple transit options, large department stores, and food places.
2. Waking machine and dryer in the room so you can pack light.
3. Spacious rooms with options for family.
On the less positive side there's not much amenities to speak of.

9/10 Wonderful! (2,027 reviews)
The location of the hotel is very convenient. It’s right opposite to Kyoto station, aeon mall and also to several car rentals.
Nice and spacious rooms
Free water refill at each floor
Problems:
1) Check in process is too long.
2) I dint bother to complain but AC was not working
3) They were reluctant to take food order when I was away from hotel
4) Cloak in staff is very friendly and helpful but reception staff were not so welcoming or helping
