Especially the staff in the restaurant. Even the trainees there are very friendly. They also provide very good breakfast. The only thing the hotel needs to improve is the quality of the bed linen and pillows. As a 5 star hotel, they shall use a higher thread linen. Even they provide pillow menu, the quality of the pillows are not up to a 5 star standard. Tip: 1) It's a Leading Hotel of the World group hotel. 房間清潔。但當中一位中年女職員的服務態度較差，對著電話講了10多分鐘，我仍然未完成check-in手續。另一邊嘅職員，已經安排兩位乘客入住。不知道是不是因為我是亞洲人。
