Luxury Moraira Spacious Villa with Private Infinity Pool not Overlooked

La Casa de Reyes is spacious, modern and furnished throughout to a very high standard. The villa living space is 313m2 and it sits on a generous plot of 1,133 m2.

The villa is fully air conditioned/heated, as well as underfloor heating for the cooler months.

The villa has a large open plan lounge and dining area with chocolate leather sofas, modern furniture and paintings and a 50" plasma TV with surround sound. There is Sky Plus, a Blu-ray/DVD/CD player and a Sonos system, with speakers both inside and outside of the villa.

The villa is south facing and therefore benefits from all day sunshine. Also, due to the villas either side being set back slightly and either higher or lower, the whole outside areas are particularly private as you are not overlooked.

There are 8 loungers on the large terrace, a 58 m2 infinity pool and a large artificial grass lawn to the rear of the property.

The villa is fully equipped if you wish to dine in, and it also has a gas barbecue, a dining table in the Naya and outside sofas for lazy summer evenings.

There are all of the great restaurants, bars and of course the beach in Moraira just a 10 minute walk away.

Alternatively you could be in Javea, Calpe, or a secluded cove just a short drive or taxi journey away.

The lively resort of Benidorm, with its theme and water parks, is also within very easy reach.

We have a compulsory Tourist Licence for our villa and all guests will be required to provide their passport details via the Check-in Scan App prior to receiving the key access instructions.

Lived Up to Expectations
We had a super week at this villa which was spacious and well equipped, both indoors and outdoors. We particularly liked the electronic shutters both in terms of security and totally excluding light, the beds which were comfortable and how quiet it was. Communication with the owners was excellent at all stages. We got transport to and from the airport from a company recommended by the owners, we used two taxis to get shopping home, but otherwise everything was in walking distance. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and Kostas!, our fav around 30 minutes, but worth it. We do hope to return.

Fantastic Villa Close to the Beach
From start to end it was a great experience staying in this lovely home. The property is immaculate and had everything we could ask for including kitchen items, board games, TV, pool, etc. The washing machine and AC worked great. Communication with the host was always very prompt and accomodating. I will stay here again for sure.

Great villa
Villa was exactly as described, incredibly spacious, well appointed, great location but also the cleanest we have ever rented. I don’t think we could have asked for anything to be improved. Layout perfect for our extended family. Beach towels a nice touch, made packing easier. Pool was delightful. As the write up suggests, having seating and space for eight adults made dining and relaxing very comfortable. All communications with owners very very prompt and helpful. Thank you!

We have just spent a lovely fortnight here and cannot fault anything. The villa is perfect and there was plenty of room for 8 people. It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen for either eating in, or cooking on the barbecue. The location is great too-peaceful, but only a short walk from town. We hope to return....

Superb Villa in a Great Town
We stayed at Karen and Andy's villa during late June/early July with 4 teenagers and had an absolutely terrific time. The villa itself was more than large enough for our party being incredibly spacious as well as very well appointed. So well appointed that we were incredibly lazy and spent much of our time relaxing around the pool! Moraira itself is a short walk away and has plenty of wonderful restaurants to eat at. Although we did develop a soft spot for Ca Pepe which is just at the end of the street. Another bonus is that the local Pepe La Sal supermarkets will also deliver any groceries for free. Communication with Karen and Andy was also flawless with very quick responses and a very informative information pack was waiting for us upon arrival. Overall this villa is THE place to stay when visiting this part of Spain.

Perfect location in a luxury villa
The villa was everything that we were expecting and so much more. The villa is very spacious both inside and out, and clean and in good order. There was nothing missing and we were not overlooked at all when sunbathing, which is a bonus. We were on a girly holiday without transport, but the villa is very well located, being so close to town. Restaurant Ca Pepe literally just over the road is worth a visit.

Ideal family summer holiday
We had a fantastic holiday last week, the villa and pool are fabulous and the covered seating area is ideal for relaxing and eating. Andy and Karen are easy to deal with and very swift in replying to any questions you may have. Moraira is a nice town and Ca Pepe restaurant at the bottom of the road serves excellent food and amazing cocktails. We would definitely love to come and stay here again.

A stunning villa close to all amenities.
We have just returned from a week stay (our 2nd visit to the villa) we had an amazing relaxing week, with all our needs met we felt like we didn't have any worries. It is located in a great spot in walking distance to the town and bars. The villa is beautifully furnished and has all the latest mod cons. The infinity pool is an added extra of luxury, would highly recommend this villa. Karen and Andy were fantastic and quick to reply to any questions we had. 5*s all round.

Splendid villa, well equipped
One of the nicest villas we have stayed in around Moraira, very spacious and clean, everything in good repair, excellent AV. We were quite (pleasantly) surprised to find various non-perishable provisions had been left by previous guests.Pool towels were provided, which is rarely the case, but much appreciated. Lots of comfortable outside space.The restaurant opposite (Ca Pepe) is well worth a visit or two.
