We really liked the hotel because it was in a good location for us and very clean. What we didn’t like was no mini-fridge and there needs to be better communication on their listing as to what floor the room is on as well as no elevator.

Hosts stopped responding immediately after check-in. The apartment was not clean upon arrival. We reported the issues right away, but nothing was addressed and all follow-up messages were ignored. Expedia was also unable to reach the host. Towels had stains. Sheets had hair and dark fuzz. Floors ...
