“We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond. The staff at the Inn were extremely friendly and helpful providing information about the neighborhood. The breakfast was wonderful as well as unique each day. You could……

“The hotel was pretty good. When I was there they never refreshed my hotel room. I was staying there for two nights and room service didn’t come in and refreshed my hotel room.”

“The front desk staff was very polite and enthusiastic, providing us with attentive and thoughtful service. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and he even arranged an extra room for the three of us.”

“Property was gorgeous and the staff were all very friendly. Bathroom was very luxurious and well room well appointed. Overall great stay, with one hiccup. Apparently when we checked in someone was supposed to ask if we wanted a down or down-free room. Unfortunately, they dis not. When we finally were exhausted, in our PJs and ready for sleep, I layed down to an extremely comfortable bed. It was fantastic, until my allergies kicked in soon after. I asked if the pillows were feather and they……

“Had a great time with the pinball machines and game systems! Kids loved them too! And it was a great location right by the highway, but in a quiet neighborhood.”

“Parking was a little tricky, though there was a parking structure around the corner for us by the hotel guests. The unloading zone was a bit confusing. You are able to park in front of the hotel for 30 minutes if needed.”

“This was my first time at the Moxy. It's for those who cringe at the bland cookie-cutter hotels. This hotel encourages interaction among guests and has games and communal seating spaces galore.”

“Clean room. I felt incredibly safe with the badging in the elevator and such. Shower faucet was pretty loose, parking was non existent, they served instant coffee in the rooms, and water tasted like algae. Other than that it was great. Neat room. Staff were wonderfully helpful. I didn't eat there so I cant speak on the food.”

“We are charged $45 for parking. I understand it's in the center of a little city, but still that's ridiculous. Bartender totally disinterested,”

“We had a very pleasant stay at Residence Inn Richmond Midtown/Glenside in Richmond, Virginia. The hotel was in a great location, only around 8 minutes driving distance from our daughter’s apartment, which made it very convenient for us. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the great complimentary breakfast each morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay in any Residence Inn.”
