“The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. Parking is a bit tight as it is street parking. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the lobby area had trash and there was leaking pipe,from the second floor,……

“Hasan is an amazing host! The unit was very clean. The bed and pull out couch we're very comfortable. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with street parking. I recommend and would stay again in the future.”

“This was the perfect spot, gorgeous and safe little neighborhood. The entrance was easy and key code on the door was very straightforward. The kitchen and bathroom were everything you would need for an extended stay. The air settings automatically adjust on entry to the space. The bed I slept on was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect (a big deal in my mind). I was solo but would be a great place to share with a small family or couple. As I was leaving for an evening out, I encountered……

“The houseboat was exactly as described and met as well as exceeding my expectations. Very peaceful, overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable and I love every minute of our stay, just wish it had been longer. We met Capt. Ron on our last night. He is a very nice man and loved talking with him. I hope to return in the future. Barbara and Ben”

“Great spacious apartment on the ground floor with a big yard with a deck and fire pit. Very quiet area and a park with tennis courts and basketball courts close by. The area is growing and more shops, bars and restaurants opening up. Check out Monty’s, fuzzy cactus, Julio’s bagels (great coffee) and Smokey mug for breakfast or bbq. Highly recommend and the host was super responsive and helpful. ”

“We liked the coziness of the boat, the views of the river, the surrounding areas were beautiful. The only negative thing we could say was that due to the ran/wind the boat creaked and it made it hard to sleep for one of our nights.”
