Air conditionating didn’t work, staff was nice

David, the manager was so helpful, responsive and kind. He met us at the apartment and shared recommendations for the area. It was a rare heatwave and despite no AC he promptly brought up large fans, a brand new bed and extra pillows. The apartment was well appointed, had a washer with drying racks, extra coffee and very comfortable beds. It was perfect for us. I’d give it 5 stars for those needing additional space for a family and a kitchen. It was close to public transportation and in a safe residential area with great restaurants. Thank you David. We hope to be back.

The staff was nice and helpful but the condition of the hotel was very poor and heeded to be renovated.

Loved the airport shuttle, so easy! The staff were very kind and helpful. Outdoor dining was especially nice.
