There's a great tour called 'Do! Valencia' that takes you to several stops a few hours outside of the city, including this one. The water spray to the side is coming from the massive reservoir which is equally beautiful. It is a short drive from the big town of Valencia, and was my favorite place to escape the city and the heat when I lived in Valencia.
