So, this hotel is beautiful, has gorgeously appointed rooms (got a glance at a suite - awesome), the people are really nice, and if you are looking for a rural retreat, this is THE place to be. There were two things that took a little of the shine off of our stay: 1) There were a bunch of flies. The lady at the front desk said that we could have asked for spray, but then we'd be smelling bug spray all night and 2) No WiFi. I can understand if they want to encourage separation from day-to-day life by not having WiFi, but it would have been nice for us. And, as my partner pointed out, if that was the case, there'd be no TV in the rooms.
But I really encourage anyone to stay at this wonderful retreat. It's really out of the way, but totally wonderful.
