This hotel is in a great location. The staff is really nice, Eki and Gee were so professional and helpful and friendly, they made our 5 day stay so nice. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was always great. When we come back to KL this will be our hotel. I very much recommend this hotel while inKL.

There was not enough pool seating or shade for the size of the property and no pool towels
The staff whilst friendly were not well trained and their communication skills were poor.
The photos and description on the website of the room we booked was not the same, no sitting area and bedroom was so small and very little cooking utensils.
It would have been VERY handy to have the instruction manuals or a list of instructions.
Very quick to charge extra for everything but still waiting for additional towels and coat hangars.
The location was good and the security guards were amazing!
