Very decent hotel located right where you want it to be... If you want to be near the party scene. The rooms appeared to be pretty well maintained, although this hotel is by no means new and it shows. But still pretty nice. They offer free wifi that averaged 10 mbs for us. The staff was always very eager to help and kind. There's parking on site (underground) for a fee. Conveniently there's a 24 hr pharmacy across the street (Roma) that does have everything that you would need including a 24 espresso machine. There is a taxi station nearby so if you need to get one, even in the early am (3 or 4 am) I did notice that there was always one parked next to the mentioned pharmacy. In my opinion our stay at this hotel contributed to the quality of our trip and plan to book there again in the future. Overall I would recommend this hotel. I think it's a great value.

I was not aware there was no AC. We went as a family with 2 children. We couldnt sleep all night due to the excessive loud music playing until about 5am. It is a party hotel definitely not for a family who sleep early. Maybe going if you want to party. Walking distance to beach and everything else but the AC and loud music made it a bad experience for us.

The check in was not the best. I had to pay a lot more once arrived and staff didn’t communicate well with one another about them already charging me prior before arriving. I tried to add another day after staying already two nights and they wanted to charge the same rate for one night that I payed for the two.

Overall the location is great, walking distance from the beach and the clubs. This was my first time staying there, the pictures on Expedia looked way better, and I was a little disappointed when I got there. The sheets on both beds were dirty. Some light bulbs in the room were out so lightening was poor. Adding a safety box is highly recommended, I didn’t like that it didn’t have one. Also, adding a mirror outside the bathroom would be nice. The staff are unorganized, I asked for housekeeping since early in the morning and I had to continuously ask for it at the front desk and to the housekeeper. She finally came almost at 4:00pm she said she was about to leave and had forgotten about it.

Booked this reservation and paid a week in advance. Called to confirm my reservation the day of check in. Showed up only a couple hours later and was told my reservation was cancelled and refunded and there were no more rooms available. I asked several times how this could be possible and the guy at the desk shrugged and said “sorry nothing I can do”. Called Expedia and Expedia said the reservation was never cancelled on their end. I also received no email or notice of the apparent “cancellation” and yet the staff at the hotel just blankly stared at me and did nothing to assist. Very poor communication and hospitality. The desk guy even LIED to Expedia and said my reservation was still active, and there was no record of our conversation when I called to get the refund I was promised. Toilets in lobby were clogged and toilet tissue everywhere. This place is also right on the strip so it’s very loud. The rooms are extremely outdated for the price point. There are much better hotels nearby for the same amount.

They need to invest in AC units in all their rooms not just penthouse. The ceiling fans are not sufficient especially in summer heat
