Lodges in Timaru

Room was good, staff very pleasant, close to the harbor, so we were able to walk down to see the little penguins coming in for the night. Only one came, but it was a treat to see it!

Staff were friendly. The apartment was clean and quiet

Staff was very helpful and kind. Offered milk when we arrived. Room was clean and well maintained, very spacious. Room had huge jetted tub. Lovely stay, highly recommend.

We stayed one night travelling between Christchurch and Dunedin. Owner went out of the way to organise a very late check in. Bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. Had a great nights sleep. Owners take real pride and were delightful.

Nice view of the Bay from my upstairs Seaview room; the staff is very kind and willing to help.

Great stay! Plenty of parking. Thanks much!

Great location, price, and quality.

Clean and quiet

Lovely vintage decor. Modern amenities in the room. Comfy bed. Convenient location to restaurants and shops.

Nice place.

The property was exceptional. Our room was lovely, clean, and well-appointed. Every aspect of the renovation was clearly well planned and thoughtfully executed. It was wonderful to have ample parking right out front. We only wish we could have stayed longer. After so many generic hotels on the South Island, it was a lovely treat to find this cozy gem. We hope to return—it’s a wonderful addition to this charming town.

Peaceful, quaint, comfortable and convenient for a spot in Geraldine. Owner was very friendly and sent many helpful recommendations.
