Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Had a very nice breakfast. Overall I highly recommend.

It was disappointing that the spa and pool were closed for all three days we were there. I think in the future we'll call before making our reservation. Breakfasts were excellent!

The staff I encountered were friendly and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable and had a pleasant clean smell, like airfreshener was sprayed. The room lighting could be better though, it seemed kind of dim even with all 3 lights on

Anne and Paul are wonderful hosts. This is the first time that I've stayed in a B&B in this area and the experience has totally exceeded my expectations. A short business trip is what brought me to Wellsboro, and this location was a better option than the chain hotels which were further away. The room was clean and comfortable. I love that they use Dove brand products for their toiletries! The pool was a comfortable temperature, and the breakfast was just right. The people at the front desk (both night shift and morning shift) were pleasant, kind, and helpful. The one weird thing was that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk, but that wasn't a big deal.

Its a quaint old building. The beds were very comfortable. Its the best I have slept in a long time.

Updated, clean and friendly area. Make sure you stay here. Less than the other places and they include breakfast and free parking. We were on our way to Canada and decided to stop on the way back also. Very nice will recommend to my friends when traveling in this direction. They have a safety waiting period between guest- finally someone understands and wants us to be safe. A beds are comfy - Believe me ….I am picky..

The receptionist was extra kind. We are right very late at night and greeted us with a big smile. Checking process was easy and quick. The atmosphere was warm and cozy.
