Just Right!

Property was very clean and convenient. Pictures of property were accurate. Only 15 minutes to the Air Force Museum. Owner very accommodating and easy to access. Plenty of eateries nearby as well as WalMart and grocery stores. Will stay there again and recommend to friends if they travel to the area.

Very comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay in this studio space which was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. An unexpected and nice surprise was the variety of treats and hot beverages that were stocked in the studio! Owner was very friendly and helpful. We were in the area for the Springfield Flea Market Extravaganza which was 25-30 minutes away. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

One of the very best trips ever. Wanted to stay longer. We hope to come back to this rental.

We were delighted with our stay. Never been happier with a rental. Right away we noticed it was sparkling clean and very well organized. A lot of thought and care has gone into every detail. Every necessity was well placed. Well stocked with pleasant surprises and complimentaries making us feel welcomed and right at home every minute. Absolutely no inconveniences or problems. Lovely and super-clean

The house was everything advertised, plus super-clean, well-decorated and pleasant. Lots of supplies were available, and a nice welcome gift. Potential visitors might want to know that the family who rent the house live on the other side of the wall, but they are mostly in another part of the house and very quiet. They are invisible unless you want to meet with them, and wonderfully friendly if you do. A great get-away.

Almost everything I needed!

Just the right size and super clean. Description and photos all accurate. Everything I needed and more provided in the unit! Snacks and chocolates on the table and coffee and tea provided was a great touch! I had just 1 problem: my stay involved WFH for 3 full days. The walls are VERY thin and I could hear the neighbors very well when they were in their kitchen. Everyone talking, baby crying, cabinets slamming, dish washer being loaded and unloaded, and putting dishes away. I was very frustrated & distracted trying to work as the WFH desk was right next to the door that adjoined the unit with the main house. I absolutely do not recommend this unit if you need to work while staying there. Otherwise, was very nice overall.

The property was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit very much. The property owner had EVERYTHING, we needed and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. They are kind and gracious hosts, and we would definitely will stay at their property again.

Beautiful Room and Friendly Hosts!

The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. They left a beautiful little welcome gift. There was a detailed folder with all the information we needed about the room and the area we were in. Tipp City itself is an adorable little town with good food and friendly little shops. Plus Dayton is really close with tons of things to see and do. It was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. We were able to immediately relax and enjoy our time. I highly recommend this place for your stay!

Fantastic Studio Getaway

We decided to take our family on a weekend out of the house. This studio apartment style suite was plenty of space for my wife & I and our two little ones. Roku on the tv also helped with a bit of Bluey ;-) A full kitchenette with a convection oven and microwave let us make an easy dinner on Saturday! We took a quick walk across the street to a nearby park that was a blast for them as well. 5 minutes from interstate 70; you have an immediate path to anything Dayton has to offer! We visited a local Lego store, the Dayton Brick Shop, and the 2nd Street Market downtown. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone, the hosts were more than accommodating and responsive; we had instant access if anything was needed.
