The room we got was not like the room on the Expedia website. The bathroom needed work and cleaning and the air conditioning didn't work well. The stairs leading to our room felt like they were going to break. The manager told us he had trouble getting someone to fix them, but it would happen next week. It is in a seedy part of town and we didn't feel safe going out after dark. The staff was very nice.

Average hotel that could use some updating in an area that appears a bit unsafe and I am not sure I would walk around the area after dark; however, the hotel does have gated entrances to ensure security of vehicle and rooms.

Lots of parking available if you have a car. There was a resident peacock which was nice to see and say hello to every morning/evening. The hotel is massive so it takes a few twists and turns to get to your room but nothing wrong there. The view is nice from the rooms and courtyard is good to walk around in - breakfast was excellent every morning.
