The hotel property was ok. We had booked our stay because it offered airport shuttle transportation. Much to our dismay, when we checked in at 4pm every time slot was full, and they would not accommodate us. We had to pay $25 for an Uber ride. Also there was confusion about feathers and down in the rooms, I had called in advance and was told that only hypoallergenic pillows and comforters were used.
Not true. Based on this stay, we will be avoiding Hyatt properties in the future.

"Hotel should not be in hotels.com listing , nothing described is correct , no lift no phone to call reception no cleaning no wardrobe no safe no many things it should be one star hotel and cost should be far less than what was charged"
