9.6/10 Exceptional! (71 reviews)
Room was big enough for our family of 5. It’s so convenience to have a washer/dryer in the room. That save us a lot of time to do laundry. We have to buy our own detergent. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave and a small sink. They also provided plates, bowls, cups and utensils. There were convenience stores close to the hotel that is walkable. It is also close to the train station so you could hear it everytime it passes by. The room we stayed in has a balcony which is nice to sit outside to get some fresh air. The staff were very nice.

"We stayed at the airport hotel for one night for convenience. We were very pleased with the location, the comfort, the staff especially. Very nice rooms and environment. It's a little tricky getting picked up by a cab or Uber though, you have to stand at the curb. Everything else was a 5 though."

9.2/10 Wonderful! (5,266 reviews)
"We booked this hotel due to its proximity to Narita Airport. We didn’t expect much and only really wanted a hotel that had a shuttle to the airport for our early morning flight. We got more than we expected as from the receptionist on everyone was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Even the small ..."
