Aspen Shores: A Beautiful spacious three story home on Lake Superior

Your cozy comfortable home away from home in the perfect location with breathtaking views of Lake Superior! This home is spacious with 3 bedrooms. This fabulous townhome features 2 king bedrooms both with en suite full bathrooms, and 1 queen bed. Cozy up to the fireplace in the main living room as well as a fireplace in the lakeside master bedroom. Relax in the master bedroom large jetted tub while enjoying the warmth of the master fireplace. Then hang out on the private lakeside deck that is off of the master bedroom. Your comfort is important to us which is why we have name brand mattresses (Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Ethan Allen) so you can rest easy.
There is a large deck on the main level as well as a deck off one of the two master bedrooms. The basement has a door so you can walk out and be 50 feet from the lake on the cliff offering amazing views.
Enjoy lounging in the main living room with the stone fireplace or the basement is the perfect place to hang out and play games. In the basement you will find a large screen TV, a shuffleboard/bowling game, electric dartboard, and large checker board, as well as a bar table top behind a huge sectional.
There is so much to do in this great location, but you won't want to leave the comfort of this amazing property and all it has to offer.
There are stairs leading down to a huge beautiful private beach. We provide folding chairs and a small cooler for you to take down to the beach for the day.
PLEASE NOTE: the stairs to the beach are removed shortly after Labor Day due to the fall/winter wave and ice action that has caused damage to the stairs in the past.
There is also a one stall garage for your use as well as additional parking.
There are two pairs of snowshoes in the garage for your use in the winter time as well.
The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever seen that includes extras like a small crockpot, large crockpot, coffee grinder, French press, Keurig K cup and pot coffee maker, stove top espresso maker, and everything else you will need. There is also a gas grill for your grilling needs.
With amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and a jetted bathtub, guests will have everything they need for an enjoyable stay. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our townhome.

Beautiful Place

A beautiful place to stay. With the sounds of the waves on the beach below you will fall asleep easily and wake up gently to the sun rising over the lake. Simply beautiful.

North Shore Couples Trip August 2023

Excellent condo -roomy, comfortable, great rec room, and ample items in kitchen and bath to make all feel at home. Beautiful views of Lake Superior! Activities nearby to keep one active - hiking, golf, bikes. Excellent trip.

Northshore Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. The view of the lake and proximity to trails, Lutsen and a Grand Marais made it an awesome location. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and there were tons of games available for both adults and kids. If you like puzzles, they have those too. This place was icing on the cake for our fall color trip!

We stayed at this property 2 years in a row. Very nice clean close to ski resort. We were locked out of the condo and Linda was very helpful and easy to get a hold of, had someone there in 20 minutes.

The location is beautiful. The place looks just like the pictures and we had all of the appliances and cookware we needed. Unfortunately we had to leave our stay earlier than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, but appreciated the communication with, and understanding from, Linda.

We spent 5 days surrounding Father's Day with our adult kids and their significant others. Very comfortable home. Perfect for a large family venue. Location was ideal for our daily destinations and hiking. My only complaint is the owner never responded to my artempts to contact with questions.

North Shore Getaway

Amazing. Property is as pictured. Kitchen is well-appointed. Grounds are peaceful and beautiful. Access to trails within walking distance or multiple state parks by car. Great spot for a family that wants to be away from it all and enjoy exploring the North Shore.

Perfect North Shore vacation!

Our family of 6 loved staying here! The property was very clean and had plenty of space for us. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We liked how it was centrally located along the North Shore, allowing us to hit all of the major spots from Two Harbors, up to Grand Portage throughout our 5- night stay. The beach just below the property was beautiful, and full of amazing smooth rocks. The 93 steps down to it were totally worth it every day! Highly recommend this property!

Perfect location, stunning views

We couldn’t possibly love this place better. We traveled to the North Shore with our parents (70’s) and our kids (6 & 9). It was the perfect space for us. The sunrise and moon over the lake were breathtaking. Our last afternoon, we traveled down to the private beach with its stunning black sand and amazing rocks and cliffs. What a perfect place to wrap up summer!

Peaceful North Shore home

We have stayed in this particular property two years in a row during the summer. The property is clean and beautiful. The kitchen is well appointed. The beds are comfortable. It's a lot of space to spread out in and relax. Grandparents, us, teenagers and a young child all had room to find their own peace. The property is within day trip distance to multiple North Shore parks. We could walk to multiple hiking trails. My father booked a fishing trip on Superior both trips and loved it. It's the perfect spot to get your North Shore fix.

Lovely Townhouse

We had a great stay. We had a few issues that got resolved quickly. The smart TV was not set up as described so we were unable to use it. Not a huge deal. I am guessing it has been resolved. The condo has a wonderful view and lots of space to spread out.

Lutsen 99 in the mud

The property was prefect for our needs. 4 miles south of the race start and on bike trail. The property is very generous in size, has a beautiful view of the lake and accommodated 6 adults easily. The kitchen is the most well equipped that we have ever seen for a VRBO. Even had sharp knives. The bike racers were able to rinse muddy bikes off and do laundry! They so appreciated the whirlpool tub. The deck was enjoyable for our trivia game. The only glitch was no propane in either tank for the grill. We all agreed that this was. A perfect spot for our family for the race weekend
