Wonderful staff. Conveniently next to Nagoya Airport. Stayed here for the Japan Grand Prix and have no complaints. This is the best place to stay if you’re planning to attend the F1 race at Suzuka Circuit. Easy access to the JR and Metro Subway lines. 7-11 nearby if you prefer not to spend money on grab and go food at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was unbelievable!! Iwabuchi-san,Takenouchi-san and Amid was very helpful and efficient. Also close to train station and grocery store and mall. Will stay there again and will let friends know about this hotel.

Nice staff and convenient location. The room was clean. The pillow was very thin and one should ask for an extra even before going to the room.

I stayed two nights and I didn’t request clean my room on my second day but but left new towel on the door knob so then I could use the fresh towel. That was nice. My room was very clean and very comfy.

Walkable (via outside) distance from the airport. They have a special check-in and check-out machines at the front desk to prevent the virus contact, and an English-speaking staff helped me using the machine. Cozy room with a card key. I arrived late and tired and the desk personnel were quick, courteous, had my paperwork on the counter and I was in my room in 5 minutes! It is also on the train line just 2 exits from Nagoya Airport, and I had an early morning flight!

hotel was easy to book online for a last minute stay. 10 minute drive to NGO airport. train station is abiut a 3 min walk away with a food market, restaurants and mini shopping. taxi availability right outside train station w/ bus shuttle options

This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough. Not this one: absolutely everything was perfect, top to bottom, from the lobby to the bed to the discreet laundry machine in our room to the breakfast buffet. Not a dusty corner in sight. Breakfast was amazing, btw. We...
