Very close to Shinagawa station. 7-Eleven on site for fast breakfast and sundries. Food court in Annexe adequate. Very large facility.

This property is located in front of the Shinagawa Train Station which provides local service and the Shinkansen or bullet train service for longer journeys such as Kyoto or Osaka. The hotel has a Bowling center, shops, restaurants, food court and 7 eleven store. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Super clean .

We liked its close proximity to Shinagawa station. We stayed at Shinagawa Prince twice during the past two weeks. The first stay was 2 nights.each day room was cleaned and amenities replenished. We stayed there for 5 nights on our 2nd stay. Each day, cleaning and replenishing of supplies was more incomplete. Service was more lax. Tea bags were not replenished completely, ice bucket left and not rinsed. Beds were done and towels were replenished. Didn’t seem that standard procedures were followed consistently by housekeeping.

Room is compact but clean and has a nice view of the city. Super close to the train station with lots of shopping and food choices. There are constructions going on around the property and train station.

Smooth check in. We send our luggage ahead of our arrival from Sendai using Hands Free travel, very easy retrival. We accidentally switched the do not disturb button so our room wasnt cleaned. There was a letter inserted in the door saying if we want new towels, call housekeeping. I called and new towels arrived in a few minutes. Our second time staying at this hotel i 2years.

We were so thrilled to get off the long train from Misawa to walk less than 5 minutes to a wonderful hotel. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

This place is straight out of the 80s. The carpet is dirty in the rooms, the toilet seat was broken, there was mildew in the fridge and in the bathroom.

The hotel was conveniently located next to Shinagawa train station, making it easy to get around. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room amenities were also fantastic, making our first time in Tokyo an excellent start to our Japan holiday. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

They no longer have direct shuttle bus to Narita Airport. That was the only reason I chosen this hotel. Next year, I’ll pick the hotel which has direct shuttle bus service.

Very convenient, right in front if Shinagawa's station. The room was perhaps small and decor pretty "old style" but it was was exactly what we expected. It is a convenient, very large and well run hotel in central Tokyo.

This hotel is extremely convenient for transit options, shopping/dining, and entertainment. The hotel offers family friendly activities such as a bowling alley and aquarium. With a 711 convenience store onsite, there’s always a simple food option next to the variety of restaurants offered. Sadly, the quality of cleanliness and amenities have decreased. Our room was not vacuumed, tables not wiped down (dusty), the bathroom tiles were dirty, and room amenities were a bare minimum. Sustainability is understandable, but soaps/shampoos weren’t refilled once and a toothbrush was the only provided amenity. Of the several stays that we’ve booked, the quality has gone down significantly in the last 6 months, and we can only hope things will improve. It was slightly disappointing coming from a cheaper Daiwa Roynet Hotel where cleanliness and amenities were 10/10.

Great staff. Dated rooms with awful furniture: desk chair was trash and the bed was laughable. You will feel the metal in the “mattress.” I actually can’t believe I paid what I did for this place.

The shopping was crazy on property. I need an extra suitcase because I overshopped on souvenirs, I was able to go downstairs and get a very nice suitcase for a surprisingly reasonable amount. I also bought more souvenirs down there. We had dinner on site which was in our Top 3 meals in Tokyo with the loveliest old man that waited on us. Anyone that didn't speak fluent English had some kind of translator on them which was great because I can't remember any of my Rosetta Stone 3 drinks into dinner. The hotel is right on top of Shinegawa station which was actually a wonderful view at night and incredibly easy to grab a train to get to the airport in the morning. We were about 30 stories up and didn't hear any noise from the train station at all. It was a great place to stay all around.
