its really close to the shinagawa station- which is one of the most convenient stations in tokyo. The self check-in machine might need a little more work in terms of checking in for multiple rooms. But the entire process of being able to leave the luggage while we wait for a room is pretty good. There's shops and restaurants all around to explore. convenient store and supermarket are all right beside the hotel. I would definitely return back to this hotel in the future.

This is a very busy hotel but the staff is efficient and friendly. Accommodations were very nice with lots of conveniences such as surrounding restaurants, kombini (store), nearby central train/railway station, coin laundry, and entertainment.

It is very convenient location and the hotel is excellent, but too busy area. Too many people can come and go, which make me wonder about security. I would prefer to have hotel reception at a higher floor level, a cafe at a lower floor.

We always stay at the Prince as our last place before we head home. Everyone knows where it is so it is easy to meet friends at the the hotel. However, it is gotten so big that they get lost within the hotel. Not sure what you can do about it, however. The Annex took a day to get used to since we had to take two elevators to get to the 20th floor. But everyone on staff was very nice and helpful. However, I had to go to three places to mail an oversize package. I finally gave it to a nice lady in the East Tower.
