“This is a beautiful facility with well cared gardening. I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff members are very friendly. Hot water comes quick. The site is in walking distance to downtown and water front. Very convenient. ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden is close by. Sunset there is very beautiful. 15-20 minutes walk to the Convention Center, the venue of the conference I attended. My room is small and without kitchen. But, sufficient for my needs. “The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed 4 nights, and found it relatively easy to walk into the city, but sometimes got a taxi back from the wharf. Only used the pool decking area one night, and was surprised how small the pool was. Shame there isn't more information about bus services in the area. Again walked down to the Mindl Beach Sunset Market, which was interesting. Didn't eat at the restaurant, but used kettle and toaster to make breakfast.”

The room was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and everything smelled incredible. I even had to ask the lovely person at reception what their secret was to getting the linen to smell SO amazing and they kindly shared their secret with me, which I’ll definitely be using at home!
