Torbay Vacations from $595

Large room, very helpful staff, clean, $10 uber ride to downtown, safe and great breakfast. Extra care on French toast for my daughter with celiac (very sensitive) was very appreciated.

The room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was good and parking was convenient. It’s about a 20 minute walk to downtown. My only complaint is in making up the room. Apparently they only do it every 2 days. I was told our room would be made up on the third day in the morning or afternoon. On that day we left a $10 tip and went out. When we returned at 5:00 the money was gone but nothing had been done to our room. No new towels, bed not made, nothing. When I spoke to reception she said they usually made up rooms after 5:00. At that point I insisted we wanted it done. So someone came with towels and was about to leave when another person arrived. I asked if they were going to make the bed. “We don’t do that if there’s something on it.“ I said “There’s nothing on it.“ So she quickly pulled up the sheets and tidied them. Then they left. I have no idea who took the $10, and am still wondering why they have a tag for “please make up room” when they obviously never do it.

We stayed in the loft and it was absolutely lovely!! It was such a wonderful and comfortable stay, highly recommend!!
