"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. Location is a bit out of the Cinque Terre way, but quiet and onlt 10-15 min walk to Bonassola town center/beach (down the hill). Room is very nice, clean and the view is absolutely stunning! The free shuttle service to and from the train station is a perfect amenity. The location of the hotel is gorgeous, views are exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are just incredible, made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was out of this world wonderful, so much variety. Onsite restaurant for dinner was delicious (I recommend the polpo!!) Dario, Giorgio, Karla, Massimo, Franccesco, breakfast staff, etc. some of the most memorable people! We will be back💚"

"We really enjoyed our stay! It is a cute hotel and a great location. We walked to all the shops, restaurants, and boat ride. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the reasons why we stayed here was for the beach access. We didn't realize we had to pay to go to the beach so we only got to go one time. For our group of 6 it was $300 to go to the hotel's beach. Otherwise we would have spent more time at the beach. The showers were leaky and had to use up the towels each time."
