Hotel is conveniently located close to the airport for a layover trip. They provide shuttle service, which is a plus. Rooms are clean and the staff are nice and helpful

Nice that they had frequent and free transportation to/from the airport. That was appreciated! The restaurant/bar was also pretty decent and had a good vibe. I didn't care for the employees at check in. It took a little less than 10 min to have someone make eye contact with me after standing in front of 3 employees who were busy doing their own thing at the FD. When they did look up it was a simple, 'Next'... not welcoming at all. It may have been easier to deal with a robot for check in.

i booked my stay through Expedia. When i checked in i was charged a deposit as usual. But in this case $150 a night for 7 nights- ($1050). When i mentioned that i thought that to be excessive and ask for a manager, They mentioned the manager is not available and this is standard Garden Inn Policy. That was a disappointing answer.

We have always had amazing service when we have stayed at Hilton properties. The properties are clean, staff is excellent, airport shuttle was on time and location was conveniently close to Toronto airport.

Bed mattres was very old and lost its useable life. Coofee machine was not working. On complaint next morning the worker visited my room 7 times to fix and when it was not fixed after his 7 visits then it was changed. It ruined my morning sleeping hours.

The gate was not working while we were there, parking got very backed up. Seems like if you have a larger vehichle or truck the sensor isnt high enough and gate would not open. Bar was nice. Room was clean.

The facility is under construction and it looks like the local neighborhood boots are doing it as there is stuff left everywhere!! There were beer bottles outside our room which either meant someone was partying in it room before we got there or they don’t clean anything. None of the ice machines were working, only one elevator seemed to be in service. The staff was rude over the phone and in person I could not hear or understand a word they said to us! Worst site ever 0/10 ! Would never stay there again
