Nice room, friendly staff, easy shuttle. Our only complaint is how noisy the bar/dining room is. Loud pounding rock music does not facilitate relaxation after a day of travelling.
Great having a complimentary shuttle. We appreciated the clarity of instructions about where to find the shuttle at Pearson airport.

Con - we had to wait for 15 minutes or so at reception as nobody was there. A co worker walking by had to get her.

Hotel front desk were excellent, rooms decent , beds comfortable. Location is decent, restaurant Moxies is subpar. The parking lot is absolutely atrocious!! If you have mobility issues this parking lot is a sever safety hazard for people, mobility aids and luggage, beware!!

Absolutely would not book here again. Terrible experience with staff. Made 3 calls to hotel after check out to deal with my concern and not one call back.

The front desk staff were outstanding. They went above and beyond to help us tired travellers. When our room key wouldn’t work we were upgraded to a king suit with kitchen and balcony. Phenomenal.

I have stayed here several times before and rated it highly. My room this time was below average, no view, window frosted 2/3 up. Just not up to standard. Felt spartan.
